We don't run twenty programs thinly. Three disciplines build the athlete — boxing, strength, running. The fourth, mobility, is the one that keeps you training in a year instead of sitting out a season. Four leads, four rooms, a full week of classes each. Here's all of it.
The front room of the loft, twenty-four bags, and a coach who boxed for twelve years before he ever held a pad. Marcus runs technique-first sessions — combinations broken down slow, then built to speed across six rounds.
The 09:15 is the quieter, more technical hour. The 18:00 — the pink-hour flow — is the loud one, the room everyone wants on a Tuesday. Both welcome first-timers; both hold the standard.
Eight platforms in the back room, programmed by a former D1 athlete who writes every block in the building. Tasha's sessions are structured and progressive — you follow a real cycle, not a random workout, and you can see yourself getting stronger week over week.
The 06:00 is for the early crew who like the loft quiet. The 17:15 fills fast with the after-work lifters. Both run the same programming, calibrated to whoever's on the platform.
A sixty-meter lane down the east wall, indoor and honest, run by a sub-2:30 marathoner. Felix's sessions blend track work and conditioning — intervals, tempo, and the kind of engine-building that makes everything else in the loft easier.
The 07:30 is the morning conditioning block. The 19:30 — just opened this season — is the evening intervals session, and it's filling fast. The lane tells you exactly where you are, every time.
Not stretching tacked onto the end of a session. Mobility is its own hour in its own room — the mobility studio, the quiet floor behind the platforms — and it is built out of four things: recovery, range, control, and breathing. You lie down, you work slowly, and you leave able to do tomorrow.
Iris coaches the part nobody posts about. Her position is the whole argument for this page: the strongest, fastest version of you is worth nothing if it is on the bench. Boxing, strength and running build the athlete. This is the discipline that keeps the athlete available.
The 12:00 flow is the midday reset — forty minutes, all levels, the class members walk into in work clothes. The 16:00 Reset session on Mondays and Thursdays goes slower and darker: breath, release, long ranges, the hour after the loft empties out. And once a week she'll screen you one-to-one and find the tweak before it finds you.
