Your first class

Fifty minutes, four phases.

Every class in the building runs the same shape, so you always know where you are in the hour. This is the 18:00 boxing flow, start to finish.

You can sit a round out. You can drop the weight. Nobody watches — the room is capped at eighteen and everyone in it is busy — and the coach offers before you have to ask.

01 Wrap & warm Hands wrapped, shoulders loose. Marcus walks the room while you skip and shadowbox. 18:00 – 18:08
02 Technique Three combinations, broken down slow, then built to speed. Form before power, always. 18:08 – 18:25
03 The rounds Six bag rounds, ninety seconds each. Marcus calls the tempo. You hold the standard. 18:25 – 18:44
04 Cool & reset Core finisher, then stretch and unwrap. You leave looser than you came in. 18:44 – 18:50
Wraps Bring your own, or grab a fresh pair at the desk for $6. Gloves are on the house.
Ten minutes early Camila checks you in, you wrap up, and you're ready when Marcus calls the first round.
Eighteen, capped Never more. It's the number where a coach can still correct every person in the room.

The work, written down.

Nobody here improvises an hour. Every room runs a block, every block has a position, and you can read yours before you arrive.

Boxing Marcus Vega

Three-punch families off the jab, then the counter out of the slip. Six rounds at ninety seconds, tempo called, not chosen.

09:15 technical · 18:00 flow
14 classes / week
Strength Tasha Brown

Squat and press at 80% for 5 × 3. Reps come off so the weight can go on. Bench and deadlift run the same shape, one week offset.

06:00 · 17:15 on the platforms
12 classes / week
Running Felix Tanaka

Threshold week. 5 × 6 minutes at the pace you could hold for an hour, ninety seconds easy between. The sprint lane stays shut until Week 5.

07:30 · 19:30 · Sun 09:00 long run
9 classes / week
Mobility Iris Chen

Hips and thoracic, loaded slowly through range. Ninety seconds a position, breathing counted out loud. The hour that keeps the other three available.

12:00 midday · Sun 11:00 reset
7 classes / week

Sat 10:00Open sparring · 60 min

The honest answer to which room is the hard one: Saturday's open sparring. Marcus runs it, headgear is compulsory, and you get waved in when he's watched enough of your rounds to know you'll be safe in there. Most people take a few months. Nobody has ever been pushed. Everything else in the week — including the 18:00, which is the loud one — you can walk into on day one.

FORM BEFORE POWER
The disciplines

Three to build you. One to keep you.

We program four things deeply instead of twenty things thinly. Boxing, strength and running build the athlete. Mobility is the one that keeps you training in a year instead of sitting out a season. Every class is led by a named coach who built the work.

"You don't rise to the occasion. You fall to your training. So we train the floor higher."

"Progressive overload is a number, not a feeling. Week three is 80% for five sets of three — and if rep five is slower than rep one, the number was wrong, not you."

"Speed is built in the off-seconds — the recovery between the efforts. We coach the rest as hard as the run."

"The strongest, fastest version of you is worth nothing if it's on the bench. I coach the part nobody posts about."

Meet the team

Four coaches, three operators, no strangers.

Every coach page carries the block they wrote and the hours they hold. Open one before you book — you should know who is going to be watching your reps.
