Aevum — a private longevity practice in the Engadin. The long view, kept quietly over decades. By invitation.

A private practice in the Engadin. By invitation. We take on a small number of members and stay with them for the long view.

THE PRACTICE

We do not sell programs, supplements, or certainty. We keep a careful, decades-long account of one person’s health — and we act early, when acting still costs little.

The practice is small by design. A physician who has read your last ten years is worth more than one who reads your last ten minutes.

Most of what we do is unglamorous and continuous: measure, wait, adjust, measure again. The long view rewards patience far more than intervention.

METHOD

  • 01
    Assessment

A full clinical and lifestyle assessment, unhurried, over two days at the practice in the Engadin.

  • 02
    Baseline

Comprehensive biomarkers, imaging, and function — recorded as the reference every later year is measured against.

  • 03
    Protocol

A conservative, evidence-led protocol. Only what is warranted, revised quietly as the data changes.

  • 04
    The long review

Quarterly review and an annual re-baseline. We measure in decades, not appointments.

II · The Long View

One figure, the long view. The field keeps it.

Members, and no more. We grow by replacement, not expansion — the practice you join in your forties is the one that still knows you in your eighties.

MEMBERSHIP · BY INVITATION

Membership is by invitation and by application. If the long view is how you intend to live, write to us. We will take the time to reply.
